ECUMENICAL ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE

Join Bishop Michael for an ecumenical liturgy with the imposition of ashes will be celebrated at St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral on Wed, Feb 18 at 5.30pm.

OPEN HEAVEN

All are invited to join Bishop Michael and Christians from across Canterbury at Open Heaven 2026 - a combined prayer meeting. It will be a powerful night of worship and intercession for New Zealand. This night will be a chance for Christians to come together as one, lifting our voices in praise and

VACANCY – STELLA MARIS PARISH

Stella Maris Parish is seeking a passionate, organised, faith‑filled Parish Event & Evangelisation Coordinator to support parish life through coordinating events, promoting parish activities, building relationships with ethnic and school communities, and leading evangelisation initiatives such as Alpha. An ideal candidate would be a committed Catholic who is organised, confident working with people, comfortable speaking publicly, and able to coordinate volunteers.
